This Return & Exchange Policy has been prepared to explain the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges for purchases made through Tekin Shop.

1. General Terms

Tekin Shop operates as a manufacturer and wholesale-focused brand. All return and exchange requests are evaluated under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Conditions

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Custom-made or private production items are non-returnable.
Used or damaged jewelry items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and stock status.
Products must be returned with original packaging and all included accessories.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

Any manufacturing or shipping-related issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Approved defective items will be eligible for return or exchange at Tekin Shop’s expense.

5. Return & Exchange Process

Requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
After approval, products must be shipped to the designated return address.
Returned items are inspected upon receipt, and the process is completed if approved.

6. Refunds

For approved returns, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective products.
